TRX from Africa

HOW MUCH DID THE FRAME COST AND IS IT POWDERCOATED OR WHAT?

Honda clint, the frame i gusseted myself and had it sprayed candy apple red to match the roll arms.... the only problem with powder coating is you dont see the cracks under the powdercoating...this way you see the cracks on the surface if they develope again...:D

Yip lil400exdude, I was in huevos 5....
We got Wes out here to film and ride with us.... and also the Baja1000 last year and ponte de vaux in france 3 yrs in a row..
but i now ride for honda...the TRX is a stylin quad...

We get chased by Cheetahs.....in our National off-road races...
that why our quads are so fast....Ha ha ha...

what kind of spray did you use for the frame. is it similar to por 15 ?

I used a 2k automotive paint....not the most hardy paint but the cracks show up easily and it is cheaper than powdercoating...
You can also get that type of paint in any color you can think of.. they mix it to your specifications...

Riding in Africa is great...
MX has just really started taking off and we have a pretty large off-road series similar to the WORCS or SCORE events you guys have there...
here is a pic of me at our local MX track..we are getting national MX status next year so i am training to take the first series... and the TRX is the perfect weapon....
