want more low end

i want to get a sprocket that is smaller for more low end power.
where would you but one for a 300ex? which gear is easier to change the small sprocket or the lage one? what size do you recomend for both big and small?

drop one countershaft sprocket tooth,then you wont need a new chain

iam new at this so is that the big or small sprocket?
where can i get one?

Drop the drive sprocket. It is the one on the motor. Like mcgrath said then you wont have to take links off of your chain.
