The Xr400 cam is a popular choice.
But there are much better cams out there.
Here is webcam's website

Unless you want low-end torque only, don't run a xr cam with the 440 piston.

Web's 450/451 is a very good cam to pair with a 440 piston, and it's a drop-in. It's sold by Gt Thunder, as well as W Bros (track cam).

Web also makes the 479, which requires stiffer valve springs. It should have slightly better low/mid with the same top-end as the 450/451. I can't give you a direct comparison yet, another 2 weeks away. I've also been told that shorter valve guides are not actually needed despite what Web says.

IMO, the oil cooler by Four Stroke Tech is a very good idea when using an aftermarket cam.

It would be worth your time to look into what piston W Bros uses. If it's a Wiseco, then you will probably need to deck the cylinder in order to get a true 11:1 CR. The Ross and JE's seem to actually hit the correct CR.

Don't try running the 440/cam with the stock exhaust. Almost impossible to jet correctly.

There are many Drop-In Cams. You can check out TC, Sparks, Duncan, HRC, Web, White Brothers, GT Thunder, and many more.

When I put a stock bore 10.5:1 piston in my bike i used a sparks racing cam. It add alot of mid-topend power and the lowend seemed about the same as before. I realy liked the fact i didn't lose lowend but gain alot on top where the 400ex really needs it. Sparks will not give the spec's on the cam so people dont copy it.
