Hot Cam Stage 2 - Rejet????

Hey guys, I just purchased a Hot Cam Stage 2 for my 2004 TRX 450R. I need to know if I need to re-jet my carb? I currently have the carb jetted for a complete HMF exhaust system - 185 main - moved clip down (1) on needle from stock position. With my current setup it runs great from low end to top end. Once I install my new Hot Cam, will I need to re-jet? If yes, what do you recommend?
