Did they cancel the Spartan? I just checked the GNCC website, and they have t.b.a.(Sept. 10th-11th) listed where the Spartan used to be.

GNCCer, you are right! i just checked the schedule for the Kentucky Speedway and they are having the "Bluegrass 150" race and a Charlie Daniels concert that weekend.:grr: I emailed racer productions and they replied that they are looking for a different location right now and that, they would like to keep it in KY.

They should look at lakeview lodge where round one of the midsouth series was...plenty of room and lots of parking.

How about letting us run the Va track again.

If you know anywhere that is big enough for a GNCC event or want to go back to an old GNCC track - email your comments to Racer. My dad and Jeff have gone and looked at three tracks already since Georgia - so let them know!!

Elkins, Hardrock or that one ski slope we used to race on in the early 90's.

Somewhere close to Kentucky. Keep it close so we local riders can still ride.

I heard a rumor that it may be in Southern Ky just south east of Scottsville...this is just a rumor though.

Jeff, I think you are referring to Winterplace, I forget exactly where it is. I have a couple of shirts from there myself! They are a little dirty though because I had to wipe with them after going up that one hill:eek2: I was racing a stock 250X at the time and it would have not made it if that hill was 3 feet longer:eek:. I also liked Hardrock.
What was the one track that Steve Holbert was from? That was a decent track.
I must vote for Rausch Creek though....it's close and I'm due for new skid plates and lower swing arms...so bring on the rocks:macho . I wish I had tire balls at that place:( . My wife would literally pass out if I ever bought them....only if she knew though:devil:

I'm crossing my fingers for that one. That sounds like Yokely territory.
