400ex not runnin to good!

It seems to run really good in first, has alot of pep, then when i get into second gear and higher i could just slam on the throttle and it will miss, the only gear i can do a cat walk is in first because when i slam the throttle it only misses and the wheels wont pop up or anything, do u think my jets need to be checked or what do you's think?

i would say check and make sure everything in you carb is clean. or you may need to rejet if you just put on any upgrades like a pipe or removing the airbox lid
