trx 450 vd predator 500

which is a better trail quad. and which is quieter when stock i was about 2 get a 450 but the 500 was rated sport quad of the year. plz help its really important im gettin it it lik a week or 2

I guess it depends on how you ride! The 450r has a tall first gear but it can be changed easy enough by changing the sprockets.
Are you ready to go from a 3ooex to a 450r because that is a huge difference. I like honda that's my opinion, the 450r is faster and an all around better machine. Hope that helps!

i love my 450R in the trails...handles good cept goin slow you gotta use the clutch alot with stock sprocket..my best friend had a pred n its sweet...its awesome for trails, but somehow he gets stuck more then i do and hes heavier lol...id say a 450R if ur ready from that 300ex, but nuttin wrong with a pred

From the expierences i have had i would take any honda even a trx90 over any polaris. The 90 might not be faster but i cannot wreck my 90 if i had money on it. Any honda will outlast 2 polaris's . 450r all the way. Put a HRC kit and KN filter in it and for the most part i thought that eliminated alot of that tall 1st gear. My dealer threw in the HRC kit free so that will even be a nice cheap mod. The 450r will smoke a dead predator
