i was riding in powerline and forgot to put mu airbox lid back on and was goin through water and then i was jus crusin down a trail and it just died and i changed the gas and cleaned the carb as well as puttin a new plug in and i dont know wut else to do or wut might be wrong........HELP!!!!!!!

does it turn over, but it just wont start??

it gets like it would if i had no gas or no spark but i have both

hmm, carb? are the jets all where they should be??did u take the bowl off to look?

Did u try giving it throttle or choke while trying to start it??

If you drove through water your going to want to change your oil first because it sounds like you sucked some in.

i cant take my float bowl off b/c 1 screw is stripped but ill change the oil tomorro

i dont run with a airbox lid, and im able to ride all day, through streams and creeks, and through tons and tons of mudholes... then after that, i take it to the local car wash and wash it, all without the airbox lid on.. last night was the first time it wouldnt start, after i washed it, got it back home, and it ran fine..

so you musta been running in some water that you shouldnt have been in the first place.. try to avoid that stuff next time

deffinetly would change the oil especially if it got into the motor

usually u can get a vice grip on those damn bowl screws if u havnt already tryed that otherwise tap the stripped bolt into a square or tourqs bit just my 2 cents

What about the large bolt on the bottom of the bowl:confused:

yea take a visegrip to that screw, i gutta do that on mine,,, luckily its a screw that is accessible with one...

change ur oil... check all ur electrical connections to make sure theirs no water in them... drain the carb...
