WORCS #3 Clay Peak MX Park , Payette Idaho Misc. Pics

This wk ends round took place at Clay Peak MX Park in Payette Idaho . Clay Peak MX Park (http://www.claypeakmx.com/)

This track consist of big elevation changes,trails and MX track.

Over the next day or so I will be posting some pics of the Practice day until all our riders and photographers have had a chance to get home and add to this AWESOME event!

The mini quads were such a blast to watch compete this year, I know of a couple of the kids from last year and they have all really stepped it up this year! We also had some new riders to add to the WORCS series, Im only sad to report that I didint have the time I had planned to do a little interview with all the kids , but I did meet a fw of them and there parents and all I can say is that there is some lucky kids out there racing whos parents stand behind there kids 100% and deserves a big thank you!! :)

Weather was in the mid 70's on Fridays practice,we barely had time to drop the trailer and gear up the kids in time for the practice.

This year Payette County added a return lane, this came in VERY handy this wk end since we had a sudden change in weather plans and had a good amt of rain Sat and Sun. this would have made things very rough in the little guys/gals.

This track consists of mainly sand and whoops out very fast,the track seemed to hold its shape pretty well on Sundays race.

Most of the riders seemed to be from Washington. I was very glad to have had the chance to finely put a face to some of the riders!
I was a little dissapointed to see such a low Idaho turn out :ermm: there was alot of advertising this year and turn out numbers should have been MUCH larger than what we had . I just want to give a big THANK YOU !! For all of you who showed up to make this event so great! :)

This young man was the dominate rider of the open/ 90 mini class. This mini was SAWEET! Ill have some video of him later on in the coverage.

this one made it up with no problem, but there was one or two I was worried might not make it all the way up. One wheelied almost over! :eek: I flagged on this hill for a bit and it was plenty rough before the day was over.

thanks............I was riding way over my head, but I was trying to get as much distance between me and second (after I pulled the holeshot) for when I got tired.

the team race was just for fun. I wish more people would have done it though.

I didn't get the holeshot to the pole..Everyone thought that the holeshot was the first one of the corner coming back down the hill..I past Frankie right after that picture was taking.. As you can see in ur video, I'm in front when I hit that table with my nose all the way up..:eek:

That child is BLOODY FASSSTTTTTT :D:D it's was fun watching him & DJ race last summer @ Hannegan :) DJ loved it!!! Maybe they will get to play together again sometime!! And the Walmart sponsorship comment LMAO :D:D we all need a little sponsorship LMAO ;) so I see QJ's quad sitting there did it get raced???????

Troy thought about it on Sundays race, but most agreed that power would be an issue so he took his out instead. Plus, he was afraid of something going wrong and he didnt want to have my quad down

joex got a good shot of me out there... thanks for posting it! my performance wasn't at top notch this weekend, the quad was running like crap (jetting?) & i just wasn't on my game. I took 12th in production B & 6th in 30+ B. not my best performance, but it was a blast getting there!

I agree. Reed may only be 14, but he keeps right up and even beats some of the pro guys. I love watching him race. :)

8 years. He started on an lt80 (it's for sale) then a blaster (still does a few select races on it) and he's been riding the YFZ since aug. last year.

That's cool, I have been racing for 3, my first 2 years on a stock Suzuki in the C then last year Production B class, then this year I got a set-up YFZ and am trying my hand at the Open A and Pro-Am class.

Yeah, hopefully my buddy Sean can bring me up to Goldendale since its a super long trip for us here in nevada, that track is pretty fun cause its super fast.
