no they wont have rezzies unless it gave you the option when u ordered them. If u want them later u can have them added, theyre usually an extra $120

they hold more oil, and help seperate the oil and nitrogen as well i believe. And some shocks with the res. have adjustments on them as well. I know the elkas do.
