Thinking of selling my quad. Whats a fair price?

Ok so i sold my CBR today. Now I am thinking of selling my 400ex pay off my bills and maybe in a month or so buy a 450R. Question is what would be a fair price? Please be serious in your replys Heres a list.

2001 Honda 400EX
JE 406 10.6:1 piston (about 10-15 hours on the rebuild)
White Bros All Around Cam (about 10-15 hours on the rebuild)
Port and Polish work (about 10-15 hours on the rebuild)
Dyno Jet (K&N Jet Kit) Dont remember the numbers off hand
K&N filter with outerware
air box lid removed with outerware cover
UNI Air Filter
New Throttle and Clutch cables
Applied Racing (I think) clutch lever
Moose E-Break block off plate
Maier Black race cut plastic (Seen its better days)
Maxxis Razr Tires
Offset Front rims
One Ind seat cover (needs to be replaced)
Frame looks to be completely straight with no cracks or breaks
LRD Full system
DG Nerfs
Tag Bars
Progrip grips

Thats all I can think of for now. Im sure there is probably more but it wouldnt be something major. Just little odds and ends. Im not looking to get rich off selling it if i do. So what would be a good price to move it quickly?

Thats more of the price i was thinking 4K is way to high. But if your lookin for a bike nowukno i got one ill sell ya

call Phils Cycle up in El Reno, see what he will give you, here around OKC, you should be able to get at least 3500.

I would say 2500-3000...people always try to get more than they are worth...you dont have a-arms or axle or nething big like that....i had a totally tricked out 2000 banshee for mx with a ton of money in it and i only got 4200 for it.
