Tusk PB blockoff - HELP!

OK, I just installed a Tusk PB blockoff and when I tighten the allen bolts down...not even torqued...my brake locks up. If I back off the bolts it's fine...but the blockoff is loose.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

yea drill out the hole alittle so it clears the brakes. my tusk works fine tightened down though
