Help Where is the air screw on the FCR

I just got the 400 back together and am doing the breakin peroid right now, no more than 1/4 throttle, but when I blip it to 1/4 throttle it sputters a little, not bad but just enough to make me want to mess with it. But I cant find the air screw, unless its on the bottom or the top. Someone said that messing with the air screw would help some before changing jets.

The air screw is centered on the bottom of the carb on the motor side just behind the bowl.

So you have to take the carb off every time to adjust the air mixture? I know you said you had the same thing done to your quad as I have done to mine. Do you remember what jets and how far out you had the screw turned? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I left everything as it came except the airscrew was at either 2 or 2.5 turns out. I had oversized intake valves and bigger cam though.
