lamp i made at school

Here's the lamp i built at school took about 2 weeks because of shorten class periods and ect. It's built all from sratch did everything on it but the lighting stuff i just had to wire all the stuff together like the plug and light bulb thing. I dunno what kind of grade i got because it wasn't marked when i took it i will have to see monday.Only thing i am mad about is they ran out of the peacies to hold the lamp shade on so i had to make my own. Which i cut a big dail rod and shaped it on the belt sander then drilled a hole. That makes me mad i payed a $8 shop fee and this is how they supply me with things. Wow i sure like wood shop you can make some nice things in there next project's are going to be building model house's and a logo on a peacie of wood which i have to do all the crap on the computer like i did with my clock.

$8 is cheap as hell. When I was in shop, we hade to buy all of our own material. I made a computer desk and it was over 300, and it looks like crap!!! hahahah

Yeah i know but still they can't even get the right stuff for you. At vo tech if you take shop you have to pay for your material. My takes it and malkes lots of things. He said it's not bad because you can built stuff for way cheaper than you can buy it.
