Dude, I hope you're not planning on trying to put a 400EX front end onto a 300EX. Big mistake. It's a waste of time and money. If you want some a-arms, I have a set of stock 300EX arms I would sell. They're in fair shape. Had them powdercoated a couple months back. I think the only thing is that you might wanna invest in some new bushings eventually.
