blaster axle

has anyone ever changed the axle on a blaster? i have having a really hard time getting the lock nuts off, and i desperatly need help!

haha have FUN!!!! we just did my friends 1996 blaster... it took us 3 guyz to sit on the quad and to guys with a 1ft long monkey wrench and a 3 ft pipe over the monkey wrench that we were pushin with... finaly it broke free... it was a pain in the ***!!!!!

Hrm.. My buddy's blaster has the opposite problem.. The nuts holding the sproket holder on the axel are coming loose.. threw his chain like 5 times already.. Anyone know the right way to tighten them (IE, should they be tightened to themselves, with slack between them and the holder or what?)

use a small metal chisel and a hammer ....use common sense though
