get atleast works shocks (i suggest rezzies) also some cheapo a-arms...like american star, burgard etc etc...then an axle l,ike a gforce, as far as motor work reeds should be fine, but you could port and polish for some quick somewhat cheap gains...need to get rid of the light...maier makes a hood for the blaster i think, you might want to eliminate the oil injection, deffinatly nerf bars, maybe some new handle bars not only for strength but for better feel...a kill switch and i think that should give you a good start!!

what does eliminating the oil injector do?me and my dad are looking into works shocks i think w/ out rezzies for now and were looking at reeds(the reed valves and reeds get pretty expensive)
but if i get the works suspension with no rezzies for now i can get them later rite?

thanks

theres my blaster project. for mx, just do with outn the big tank, use 19 inch fronts and 18 inch rears and go as wide as possible.

here is another blaster forum that should really get you going in the right direction www.snydermotorsports.net

the oild injector is pretty unreliable. i got lucky and mine lasted a year before it failed and starved the motor for oil, almost locking it up, but i caught it just in time

you are better off saving your money and getting a whole reed valve. just the 20 dollar reeds by themselves probably will help, but not do near as much as a whole new reed valve. i (and most every engine builder i have talked to) suggest the v-force reed cage.

I took the oil injector off my sons bike.We premix now 40:1 it runs great. My other son has works shocks on his 400ex and they are great it jumps and lands real soft! Good luck with your blaster
