Yesterday I learned the balance point (Apex) of doing wheelies on my 2005 400EX and I noticed that the carb seems to bog down and/or flood when I'm up at the Apex of the wheelie.

Is this a known problem and is there a fix for it?

Nobody has noticed the same issue when doing wheelies?

I'm not talking a low height wheelie, I'm talking about one where the bike is almost standing up.

Ofcourse I have the warranty, paid for 4.5 years of warranty in addition to the factory 6 month warranty.

1st gear bro. I start at a dead stop, rev it up a bit and then pop the clutch. Instantly I'm up at the balance point and I'm moving forward approximately at 8-10mph. I keep it at that speed as I keep the bike balanced, and when the nose starts to fall down and I try to bring it back up, I notice that there is no power to bring it back up, engine lags like its getting bogged down by a flooded carb.

This is a 2005 400EX. It's only been out 3 times so I doubt the carb is dirty yet :)

Just put a new K&N on it before this last outing.

Carbs don't run well at angles...
