I just installed a flywheel on my quad and how do you torque the nut without the motor turning over? As of right now I am a one man show. Maybe I need some help to hold the wheel from spinning.
Thanks

i have heard of people using a penny to put between the fly wheel and the other gear touching the fly wheel.

I paid $119.95 from trail tech -6 flywheel. I ordered it about a month ago they were in production. They no longer have the -4 flywheel only the -6 flywheel. $6.95 for the gasket, and $19.95 for the flywheel puller. The flywheel is new no trade in.

Did you try an impact wrench? That should do the trick.

The weight of the flywheel which will affect how fast the engine revs and the torque...

i had the same problem when i put new clutch components in my 300ex.
whenever i tried to loosen or tighten that one center nut, the whole engine would crank over so i took it to my friends shop and used an impact and it worked perfectly :)
