which direction for razr2 fronts

i see some pics with the wedge forward affect. others mount them up with a scoop forward affect. (hopefully you can figure out what i mean by wedge and scoop) what causes the difference in preference. i do believe the rotation marks on the tires indicate a scoop affect.
