ok i need to do something with my 1991 250x what mods should i do any info/replies would be greatly appreciated thank you

burgard a-arms and either elka or works shocks

lsr or tusk axle

tires and rism for your riding style

handlebars

plastic for your riding style

HMF pipe and airfilter

yeah i would go with what he said except screw the plastic. i know i always scratch mine up so i wouldn't mess with buying new unless all you did was ride in the dunes.

400ex stuff is cheap as far as suspension goes

for an axle i would look into the lsr excalabur (sp)

Don't worry about tweaking your motor until you've got the suspension and tires that'll match your riding style, and get the power you have to the ground. But if you're wanting to get some more power right now, then get a Sparks X-4 exhaust, A K&N filter, get some jetting done, and get some new sprockets. I'd say get some new tires all the way around first, so you have better handling. Then swap to a sprocket set that will optimize the gearing for the power output.

id get elka suspension,twin air airfilter,sparks x-4 pipe and jet kit,and with tires it would depend on what kind of riding you do
