Blah blah........I had a 400ex before I got my Z!!I dont regret sellin the EX at all.The Z is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the EX!!MY Z has been ran hard,and its runnin awesome.All I ever see from the almighty EX is smoke.......as if the rings are made from aluminum foil!! Face it kids......the EX is a has been!!Even the hype about the 05 EX.........is well,HYPE!! Plain and simple,it is no better than the other models.I can be sure of that,cause I use the 05 for traction as well!!

im starting to get the feeling you dont like the 400ex?

any of the top sport/race quads are only as reliable as the owners are doing maintance...

they are reliable but i heard there frames crack

very true...but our 400ex was kind of neglected for about a year and its still perfect.

the early year z and kfx's did have frame problems. but i think in 2004 they were fixed.

LOL you guy's think your 400ex's are all that i always beat them with my z and my friend beat a 400ex with a 440kit with his 05 z400. Come over to kfx400hq.com or z400central.com and talk smack on z400's.

well my buddy has a z 400 and i think it runs pretty good but he's so retarted he cut the motor out and put a 5 horse power brigs and straton engine i asked wtf he was doin and he said it was to fast for him now he says he's looking to get a 10 horse briggs and straton engine so if anyone has one give me a message.

you can never have too fast and the z400s are a rock solid machine. My brother had one with a thumper racing 470 kit in it. Its a pretty stout runner.
