hard to start 400

everytime i try to start my it takes a good couple of minutes and even then i have to keep reving it so it wont die. ive tried the idle and that dont work and i dont know what is wrong with it.

Try changing your jetting! Remove the choke and up to a 42 pilot!

your pilot jet is probably clogged.im almost certain..:)

Don't take the choke out quite yet. Take out the stock 38 pilot and put in a 42 pilot. Check your plug too.
