I dont care what they are really i am looking to spend around 650 they need to be in great cond with no problems, also lookin for antivibe stem

I got LSR DC4s, +2, trans blue PC, good condition about 10 hrs, normal wear w/ Stainless tie rods. 650 shipped, willing to deal a little, also have PEP ZPS shocks for those arms, 800, PEP rear also, parting out full LSR bike.
