I know this is a ATV site, but this bmx video is AMAZING, Its based on a bunch of pros that got togather to push the limits of bmx, and I've watched tons of videos and I am truly amazed at the talent in this video!

yep, then you fall on the seat, racking yourself and say the xgames is to dangerous:( happened to me at least:p

just watched the video and the guys in there are truely amazing at what they can do. i think flat land takes the most skill with all of the balance and coordination involved

Lmfao, Mine was Nose diving into some logs and flying over the bars, broken wrist, concussion, I dont remeber crashing or anything, I had road rash on my ear, face, chin, shoulder, fingers,plam,hand, elblows, arms, butt cheeks, thigh, knee, ankle, neck then the side of my head etc.

Wear your helmets, blacktop, 20mph+ and your head hurts.. :o

aspire has a really good team, i think they will be one of the teams to look for in the future. i love bmx i ride it more than quads.

All I can suggest for stuff like that is...wear the nut cup. I dont feel like losing one or splitting them in two from that kind of stuff.
