my darned 02 trailboss is leaking oil on the left side of the motor, between the clutch and the motor. i believe it is a bad seal around the output shaft. i can't tell for sure unless i take the clutch off. does anyone know how on earth the clutch comes off of the shaft?
i've got the pulley off of the transmission shaft. it just slid off the shaft. i believe that the clutch should do the same thing, but it won't move. what am i missing here?????

i did a search for clutch pulllers, and i found one that appears to be a shaft that fits inside the "tube" that the clutch threads to. i'm assuming it taps into the threads on the inside and pushes against the output shaft??

could you explain how it works?

if thats the case, i have access to lathes, presses, etc...a whole metal fab shop for that matter. i could make one if that is how it works.
