i am thinking about geting some wheelspacers for my 250ex
wat size would i need to notice a difference in handleing
i have reasently been geting into some track riding and some jumping and ive herd wheelspacers are bad on your bearings if you jump i only ride like every 2 weeks so i thought that i might not ride enough for them to really cause any problems
are wheelspacers worth the money and are they bad on your qaud

Don't use wheel spacers. Not only is it hard on parts it also adds leverage to the steering.

i had wheel spacers on my mojave and in my opinion it handles better without them unless you only ride on flat fields or roads but on anything like jumps or even rutted out trails they sucked....

like goOn3 said save your money

i have 3 inch wheel spacers on my 250ex with no complaints. had them since christmas. i ride trails and open spots the most time and dont jump and higher than 3 or 4 feet and it holds up fine. made my 250 more stable and handle a bit better.

i would only use wheel spacers for flattrack racing, where jumping is non-existant. wheel spacers are hard on parts, and are not meant for hard riding. if your going to ride hard, don't bother buying them. just my 2 cents

yah A buddy of mine bought those wheel spacers for his 300ex, he thought it was a good idea to , go off a single jump and your gonna bend your axle and havta buy a whole new one they arent worth it at all especially not on a 250ex

well if you want to see your wheel pass the person in front of you by itself then go for it. last summer in racing i saw a quad hit a small double and the back right wheel snapped and just went rolling off it was supercross so it almost hit me. and being distracted by laughing so hard didnt make it easier to aviod.
