anyone had problems running aviation fuel in motor with stock compression?

Some people can get that for cheaper than regular gas. My uncle did that, and his Predator wasn't running right when he did, so I wouldn't do it.

i guess you learn something everyday....

how does it compare to gasoline in terms of octane, longevity, optimum air/fuel ratio, ect....

Aviation is around 106 octane and is leaded. Around here it is $2.79 a gallon. From what I understand it is meant for high elevation and low RPM use, which is not how an atv is used.

in my science class we have this small 1:16 i think scale of a nascar car. with the right gearing on the right terrain it gets to 60mph in about 3 seconds or something, and it uses aviation fuel. winds out to about 23,000rpm or something wild like that. maybe different kind of aviation fuel or something....
