I have added a few tihng to my 400 such as pipe, rev limter, and jetted, im wondering whats the best thing i should do next, i ride alot of trials so i want more bottom end, anything short of caming and boring is what im looking for, and im in dusty conditions alot so i guess K&N filters are outta the question?

k&n filters work great! if your wooried about dust get an outer wear for it (maybe remove airlid). i would highly suggest a dif. cam stage 1 or the new stage 2, personally i love my stage 1 (hotcams). jump down to a 14t front sprocket it will get you up to speed a little faster and maybe put on a 39t in the back also:D

if u dont want to use the K&N i would go with the UNI i had that for quite awhile and i loved it for my area which is very dry during the summer. and a 416 works awesome for trails!

Going to a "full exhaust" may increase your mid to top end, but most likely will not increase your low end.

Switching from a 15 tooth front sprocket to a 14 tooth is a quick and easy fix.

I have had no problems running my K&N in dusty conditions... But I also kept up the maintenance on them. (I have 2 of them, one as a back up if I ride 2 days in a row in dusty conditions).

Note: Rather than spend $300 on a "full exhaust", I would at least get a cam.

Good luck!
