Polaris Scrambler 50 no spark. I checked the input to the coil when disconnected and there was voltage present when I cranked it over. But when I connect it back up to the coil the voltage was not present when I cranked it over so I replaced the coil still same problem. It is hard to trace the wire when they go into harness so I don't know where the white/blue wire goes (coil input wire).

Could be the Spark Side of your stator that's blown. To view lots of pictures of a Pred-90 stator (which should be simular to your Polaris 50), surf:

To test your stator's output without tearing everything apart, surf:

very common problem, especially if you do any muddy riding. testing is a bit shaky, i followed the service manual to the T, and passed all tests. still no start. changed stator. running fine ever since. do make sure all the simple stuff is ok - tether, plug cap, etc
man that sucks Bomb. good luck at the dealer:ermm:
