Did you adjust the 5 way preload adjuster to the stiffest setting?

That could be true, I've never worked on a 250ex. I know the 300ex has them. Other than that then your pretty much screwed unless you buy some aftermarkets.

i have one and you cannot adjust any of the 3 and why make them stiffer??? theyre stiff enough already, the only company that has aftermarket shocks i think is works....not worth it though

Are you kidding......Works will make a 100% improvement over the stock junkers!

honestly...save the cash and pick up a 300ex or 400ex or any sport quad. not to bash the 250ex, but its a waste to mod one out:(

actually elka does make front shocks for a 250ex and hermann racing make +2 arms for it too dont remember where i saw the pic but honest i have seen them and i think tcs makes soem shocks for them not sure on the tcs but i know elka does becasue whe i saw them i didnt think they were for real but they had a price for them and everything

oh i think it was on ducan racings site that i saw the elkas ont he 250 and hermann racing has the 250 arms on their site but dont remember them having a rear shock (the rear shock is what it needs most the fronts are ok)

edit* yep it was ducan here is the link http://www.duncanracing.com/prod/188 :p
