I cut a tire last weekend at Big Buck. It's on the inner side of the side wall, up close to the side lugs. It looks to be about a 1/4" to 3/8" gash. This was the first race on new holeshot xc's. Is there any reliable ways to repair this or is it junk?

I have sidewalls patched from the inside when I cut them, done several tires and heave had no trouble yet. You just have to have someone who knows what they are doing.

I had a tube put in one of the front tires on my old 300ex, and that worked no problem for the year or so it was in untill I sold it.
