What is the best oil for my R

what kind of oil are all you guys running. I am thinking of amsoil, bel-ray, klotz, maxima, spectro or honda hp. what do you guys think. I can't decide thanx for your help. what do the pros use in there R's.

engine side i'm using mobile 1 gold cap synthetic and tranny im using honda hp4 red bottle

i would reccomend Amsoil to anyone, so that is what i'll be running in my R when the time comes
