Most give you about 1000 more rpms. Its a big plus for mx, sand, and doughnuts. Its harder on engine parts while your up there, but exs are pretty well bullet proof to start with.

make sure the manufacturer you go with makes one for the 05. i have an 05 as well and i tried ordering the dynatech ignition and they dont make one for the 05 yet. none of them do. they are in the works. so, just a little fyi.

GT Thunder is the one to buy. No cold starting problems at all like the White Bros.

Ive got a White Bros rev box and have had no trouble with one. I don't really know much about the different brands of rev boxes, but mine starts everytime. Just my 2 cents.

Give it time and it'll happen. It's not a matter of if, but when.. :D

I have a WB rev box.. in a box somewhere.

Like Rico said, give it time. Mine is almost impossible to start with it. They are not worth the money if you ask me. I would invest in other things first.
