if you dont feel like rerouting it,put some heat tape around it,that'll work until you feel like foolin wit'it:)

I bought a 6" longer cable from motion pro and ran the cable completely around the headers.

I had a +2" custom Terry Cable made and just bent the black holding piece forward and it is working great...

It was too late, i burned a nice hole all the way through. it was hard pulling the clutch in today, must be dry. i'm going to order a new clutch cable. how can i get a nice easier pulling clutch? mine has always been a bit stiff.
Magura. Solves all the problems listed. It is pricey, but it is worth every penny. I didn't realize how easy it was till I used a cable clutch the other day.

all set on the $240 clutch replacement. what exactly is a hydrolic clutch?
It simply replaces the cable system with a hydraulic system. And I think $240 is high. I don't know where you got that price but rockymountain had them around $200.
