How much light do those Trail Techs put out? I want to get some aftermarket lights for my 300ex but I want some that throw out enough light to ride at night - not just for "looks." I have taken off the stock 300 headlight so I need some good lights, but not Bajas.

Sparky416ex, Thanks, No my light worked fine. I got that one at autozone. It came in a 2 pack for $6. I just mounted it to a piece of alluminum. I'm thinking of switching to a neon tube.

OMG phatswinn!! Those things are huge!!!! Did you have to reset your shock settings??? Too big for me!!
If I was going to put large lights like that on my quad I would put the Hellas 500s, I have those on my Kodiak and they are big, but dont weigh much and look sweet!!!!

If you want to make your 300ex look better. Take the stock light off and make you 2 5 inch long steel bars a inch wide and as thcik as you want them. Drill 2 holes in each. Mount them under your front bumper on the top bumper mounts. Then mount your light. There you have it. I have jumped mine about 5 feet high and no problems so far. I love th looks to. I'll post pics in a few days.

there those $15 lights from walmart that are sold indivisually with kc protecter grilles, they weigh like 1 lbs each

$15 each at wal-mart i drilled holes in the bumper and mounted them there, ill re-wind the stator when i get the money
