Some rouge is good stuff. Get a polishing wheel and some rouge, there are several different types of it. Do you have any air tools? Or get a bench grinder and put a polishing wheel on that.

Geet some Mothers Mag and aluminum Polish, Steel wool, 400 grit sand paper,800 grit sand paper, and 1000-1200 sand grit paper. The grit doesn't have to be those exact ones just close.

sandpaper, steel wool, and Mother's Polish. since a-arms are steel, you will need to clearcoat them after you polish them or they will rust worse than a chevy:chinese:

Another good type of polish that I like is:

Califorina Customs, its a two-step polish. The first step is aluminum deoxider (green liqid), this deoxidies the metal and preps it for the polish. THe second step is the purple paste/polish. This stuff works the best, They qurantee it!! The website for it is: http://www.californiacustom.com/
Try it, you wont be disappointed

First thing is are these a-arms aluminum or are they steel? If they are aluminum then read some of the replys if they are steel get them chromed.
I didn't think a 300ex had aluminum a-arms.
