steel wheels?????

i need some opinions on buying some AMS steel wheels. I wanna know if they wheigh too much 4 moto and super cross riding. I have a race comeing up May the 7th and I am still on stock tires and rims. Give me your opinions. (':(')

steel wheels suck. you'd be better off with original honda wheels with the rolled lips.

well i also realy need 8 in. wheels b/c i just got tires for 8 in. wheels. The reason i wanted to get the steel ones is because they are so cheap.

i was thinking of buying steel wheels aswell but i planned on welding on some reinforcment rings (i cant do aluminum tig welding) then getting them powdercoated black. be like a cheap set of bajas

what are the prices of steel wheels, i've looked thru and thru dirtwheels and cant find anything about them

check out rocky mountain atv. I think i paid 24 bucks a piece plus shipping. I havnt had any bad luck with them, but i only used them for my ice tires, i use the factory honda rims the rest of the time cause they are alot stronger, plus look better.
