Torque spec for hrc cam bolts???

The cam sprocket is 14 foot pounds (2 bolts) and cam holder is 10 foot pounds (4 bolts). 3 valve cover bolts are 8 foot pounds. Don't overtighten these. They break very easily. Use high temperature lock-tite on cam sprocket bolts.

Those are not inch pounds!!!
Those are ft/lb, your post needs an edit.
2 Cam sprocket bolts 14 ft/lb (168 in/lb)
4 Cam Holder Aseembly bolts 10 ft/lb (120 in/lb)
1 Decompressor bolt 18 ft/lb (216 in/lb)
3 Valve cover bolts 7 ft/lb (84 in/lb)

No! I mean bolt.
The bolt on the end of the cam that holds the Decompressor Cam.
You mean the NUT that holds the Decompressor Arm on. That is 16 ft/lb (192 in/lb)

oh, ok. i didn't know if you meant that or the decom valve lash nut.
