Maier is not making new fenders for 300ex

Im sure uve read how maier is going to make new fenders for the 300ex cuz the ones that are on there just look horrible but i emailed them asking them and this is what i got back

I think maier is still making the new design plastic for the 300ex.I emailed them right after i heard about a possible new plastic for the 300ex asking for some information on it.They told me no information at this time and to email them back in the middle of April. I emailed them back asking if and when would the new design be available and they replied "not quite ready yet,but we're getting close".
