PEP Steering dampener

Well i have an 04 blaster and purchased the PEP steering dampener for my quad. Where it mounts on the the frame, its square. I thought it might have been the 250r one because of the square tubing. I got it from a very reliable sourse which ordered through his ppl. I was pretty surprised he didn't notice that (if it is for a 250r) but im a little confused. Its extremely hard to keep it in one spot on my frame and it scraped it up :( Im going to post the only picture i have of it but its hard to see. If anyone has a picture of it on their blaster or 250r please post. All the information would be highly appreciated

rub some locktite on the inner area of the clamp, then get a socket allen and tighten the bolts all the way down


oh and maybe if you put something inbetween them, like a piece of rubber, plastic or something to take up space and press into the rest of the space in the square
