anybody know any shock builders that can redo shocks without charging an arm and a leg?

Precision Concepts in El Cajon, CA is the best I have seen. I sent them a set for custom valving and spring change and I had them back in 2 days. Check them out at www.precisionconceptsracing.com and see what you think. The also warranty thier work for 6 months. They are so good that Elka refered them to me for the set up I wanted because they were not able to do it. Again the work was incredible and the shock works flawlessly.

C&D, Precision concepts, the quadshop, derisi racing.. all of these are reputable places.

I just have a rear elka shock rebuilt by Andrew Smith at www.smithsuspension.com

He was easy to work with and very fast. Reasonable prices and he is an atv rider himself.

Check him out.
