400 shocks on a 300

Who was the person who was making the bracket to put on a 300 so you can get 400 shocks? Does that bracket hold up good during hard jumping and landings? Was the person going to sell any of them if so how much are they?

Also could you put 400ex elka tripples on the front with aftermarket 400ex arms and a rapter rear elka dual rate?
