400ex Dyno Jet Kit??

I just bought a dyno jet kit for my 400ex. It comes with a bunch of different main jets to use depending on your elevation, but it doesn't come with a pilot jet. Should i purchase a pilot jet also? Does anybody know why it doesn't come with a pilot jet?........I have a HMF slip on and K&N filter on the way.:confused:

i thought they came with pilots....hmm yeah youll need a pilot pry a 42 or 45

I'm not answering you question, but I want to know how you like your HMF exhaust powerwise.

My HMF is being shipped to me right now, so i haven't put it on yet. but i've heard alot of good things about them

Just tried out my HMF read my post. anyway get a 42 pilot jet for MUCH easier starting. HMF's have air leaks around the head pipe causing backfiring. Other than that annoyance it frigg'n RIPS and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
