as far as i know they are still shut down.. due to people screwing with equipment

anyway i will find out for Sure and let u know.. but im pretty positive they are shut down the the general public

cool quads!! but i think the 400 needs OMF air scoops. my brother race cut his 4ooex and he put air scoops on his and they look sweet!
