05 Trx450 Jetting Hrc Kit

I have a HRC kit on my 450 but I put a FMF power bomb header and FMF factory 4 pip. Other then the exhaust it is all the HRC kit. The thang is it is harder to start now and it will pop and quit just of idle. Do think it is the jetting?

are you using the hotstart lever
also choke it if its cold
i can start my r on the first kick every time
remeber cold choke it
let it warm up completly before riding and if you stall it use the hotstart lever
the r is probably the easiest thing in the world to start to me after haveing 250rs and banshees

DID YOU REJET YOUR CARB AFTER YOU PUT THE EXHAUST ON? The main jet in the hrc kit is a 185. I just put an chm exhaust on mine and had to rejet it to a 190 main jet . You should be about the same. It is definately your jetting. You might want to put a new plug in it too! You shouldn't have to mess with the pilot jet. If you call fmf they should be able to tell you the recommended jetting,
