not supposed to. many do because it puts less wear on the seals. CO2 is pressureized as a liquid. sometimes that liquid doesnt fully atomize as it comes out of the tank and will go into the gun. causeing it to freeze up. ( which hasent happend to my gun ever ) ways of preventing this is having a large tank, a good regulator, and maintaining a high pressure. which my gun is equiped with.

CO2 is too hig pressure for the 3 way, that is why they dont use it, it has to be regulated very low and it will also freeze most autocockers hoses up.

like ive said before ive never had any problems with my 3 way or the gun freezing up. ive used the gun all day and gone through hundreds of paintballs with no problems. my gun was setup to use CO2. my regulator does a good job keeping things under control. if i had a pile of money laying around i would have got a nice compressed air setup.

well CO2 isnt gonna hurt a autococker...but it will freeze it up if it isnt equiped with an anti syphon hose....and a r/f autococker that old...ud be lucky to get 150 for from a paintball gueruo...and dont think im just someone bringin ya down..i just sold 2 angels to pay for my quads rims and other goodies...
