Hello Guys,

This summer is going to be my first official season of quad racing, and now that I've identified my assigned number on both the rear fenders and the bike's nose, I'm actually trying to find out how to fix a rear number plate without (if possible) drilling holes on either the rear fender plastic, or through the sub-frame ...

Can anyone help me finding a solution ? ... I've been a few days thinking about many ways to install a number plate there, but unfortunately, all my ideas (yet) are either very complicated setup  or simply not strong enough ...

If you are the owner of a 400ex, and you do have a number plate installed on the back of your quad, please post a picture !
I'm very curious about how you did it ... Many Thanks !!!

Do a search for threads by spudss or a search for # plate mounting, spudss has some sick hardware for sale that mounts right up to your grab bar.

remove tail-light, then bolt up or use zip ties to secure some sort of plastic plate to the holes for the tail-light on the grab bar. Then slap on them numbers. Maier also makes one that attaches to the grab bar for around $35 i believe.
