what gearing for MX?

what gearing is every one running on thier 450s for mx I want lower gearing but is a 14 tooth front sprocket too low, or should I go up a tooth or two in the rear.

I like the stock gearing with 18's on the rear. Maybe up a tooth on the rear sprocket.

I use 13/38 with 18's in the rear and that seem's to work good for most tracks

same setup here and i think it works great
