rear axle locknut help!!!!!!

how do i get the axle lock nuts off of a stock blaster, i am going to change the axle, but am having a **** of a time getting the lock nuts off, i've tried everything i can think of

take a hammer and chisel and tap em a bit use common snese though dont **** the nuts up
